Thanks, changed my link to yours. Can’t figure why sometimes I can get the link other times I can’t?
So the State Auditor clears each district of any wrongdoing and you title the post as “slams”. Did you read the report?
What my post didn’t show is their were more miduse of funds that DOE caught wind of before the study was done went to the schools and corrected or covered up the errors before the auditor arrived on the scene. What u r reading is mostly after the fact.
It’s comical that somebody must want me to look at this when a copy of the Laurel Star shows up on my desk this morning with the front page article discussing the latest nonsense coming out of Laurel School District.
This what happens when they try to lie to us. Their lies eventually unravel. “Board members voiced their displeasure over the transfer of money for the renovation of the 1921 building,” Good. I’m glad they have feelings, I was really starting wonder.
Why oh why couldn’t we have just stuck with what the taxpayers voted for. Get rid of the stadium that we didn’t vote for and put the money in the schools which we did vote for.
Good morning Frank. =)
The school has falsely interpreted the wording of the referendum to fit their needs and each time Sen. Venables and Tim Dukes have been able to nail them and make them retreat. They are bound and determined to demolish the old high school come hell or high water.
